Our professional development and training combines educational expertise, evidence-informed practice and practical strategies that can be applied beyond the training room.
From SEND awareness and inclusive practice to supporting children's learning at home, our sessions are designed to leave participants better informed, more confident and equipped to take action.
All training includes a certificate of attendance confirming hours completed. CPD accreditation is being pursued and will be added once sessions have a track record of delivery and evidenced impact.
SEND Training for Educational Settings
— Practical training that translates knowledge into better practice.
Training can be tailored for nurseries and other educational settings, with a particular focus on helping staff understand children's needs and translate that understanding into everyday practice.
Topics can include:

Every participant receives a certificate of attendance confirming hours completed, and settings booking for their whole team can be invoiced with a per-head rate.
SEND Training for Faith Communities

Children and families affected by SEND should be able to participate fully in faith and community life. Our training helps leaders, teachers, volunteers and children's teams understand SEND, challenge misconceptions and make practical adjustments so children with additional needs and their families feel welcomed, understood and included.

Parent Workshops & Courses

Parents do not need to become teachers, but understanding how children learn can make home support considerably more effective. Our workshops and courses turn educational knowledge into straightforward, practical strategies families can use with confidence.

Dupe Awolola brings together almost three decades of educational experience, SEND expertise and lived experience as a parent. Available for selected conferences, panels, podcasts, community events and professional discussions, her contributions are practical, thought-provoking and grounded in the realities faced by children, families and educators.
